We are looking for a seasoned Senior Java Lead with over 8 years of experience to
drive the technical vision and execution of our core platforms. In this role, you won't just
be writing code; you will be architecting scalable systems, mentoring high-performing
teams, and bridging the gap between complex business requirements and elegant
technical solutions.
Role Overview
- Experience Level: 8–12+ Years
- Core Focus: Distributed Systems, Microservices Architecture, and Technical Leadership

Key Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement robust, scalable, and high-volume back-end services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Technical Roadmap: Lead the transition from legacy systems to modern,
- Code Excellence: Maintain high standards of code quality through proactive refactoring, rigorous code reviews, and the implementation of automated testing (JUnit, Mockito).
- Mentorship:



Act as a technical pillar for the engineering team, providing guidance, conducting 1-on-1 technical deep dives, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Product Managers and UX designers to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- System Stability: Own the end-to-end delivery of features, ensuring performance tuning, security compliance, and high availability.

Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record of leading teams of 5+ engineers through the full SDLC.
- Deep understanding of Distributed Systems and handling "race conditions" in
