**About The Role**:
**_Are you tech savvy and do you love to assist others? We're looking for a tech expert to _**_join our People Ops team!_**

As part of the People Ops department,



you will be part of the team that makes sure everything runs smoothly. This role will be responsible for onboarding & offboarding employee equipment as well as resolving IT helpdesk tickets and troubleshooting.

A successful IT Help Desk Assistant is adaptable, solution-oriented, critical thinker, communicative, and has excellent follow-through. The ability to interact with all levels in a prompt, adaptable, proactive, resourceful and efficient manner is critical to this role.

**You're excited about this opportunity because you will**:
**Employee Onboarding & Offboarding**
- Assist in creating an exceptional onboarding experience for new hires by helping set up the necessary licenses, accounts, and training schedules.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and Workplace Experience Coordinators to ensure new hires have all necessary equipment.
- Provide a smooth off-boarding experience for all employees, including timely termination of licenses & accounts & ensuring company equipment is returned promptly and safely.

**IT Helpdesk**
- Assist employees with basic troubleshooting for routine IT issues (such as: password resets, computer resets & account transfers), and partnering with software vendors & outsourced IT support to escalate advanced IT issues.
- Monitor and respond to Help Desk tickets and calls in a timely manner. Audit tickets daily to ensure ticket completion and employee satisfaction.
- Own the inventory of all company assets, including computers,



monitors, building access cards and more.
- Communicate with People Ops, leadership, and supervisors as needed for approvals or collaboration.

**Continuous Improvement**
- Partner with Operations on continuous improvement projects related to operational areas of opportunity, company software, and SOPs.
- Other duties as assigned.

**We're excited about you because you bring**:

- 2+ years of professional experience in an office support or service role
- Experience utilizing ticketing systems
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (preferred)
- You have Native-level English (both spoken and written)
- Technical Proficiency in G-Suite & Excel (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
- Ability to communicate effectively (written & verbal) with all levels - senior management, employees, and vendors

**What We Offer**:

- Salary: $800 USD/month
- Work From Home
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Central Standard Time (UTC-6) (Weekends off)
- 15 Days PTO + 10 Company Holidays
