You'll coordinate testing activities, drive improvements in quality, efficiency, and delivery across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment. **QA Automation Lead - Selenium & Cypress**:

- Must live in Medellín, Colombia.
- Lead and execute the test automation strategy using Selenium and Java.
- Collaborate closely with the development and testing teams to ensure software quality.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to test automation.

**Also, to shine in these roles, you should have**:





- Strong background with multiple projects in Quality Assurance, Testing, or Quality Engineering.
- Deep knowlege in Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, or Cucumber.
- Demonstrated experience in test automation and leadership on quality projects.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for software quality and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile projects.
- Have minimum English level B2 - Upper Intermediate (Yes for US clients).
