**Compensation**:
$1,700 USD monthly base + production bonuses
**Responsibilities**:
- Facilitate consultations with prospective clients via Zoom to understand their needs and introduce our services.
- Follow up with prospects and past clients to build lasting relationships and secure new business.
- Utilize effective sales and communication skills to educate prospects on the benefits of our firm’s services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using our CRM software (Clio Grow).
- Manage time and resources effectively to meet or exceed sales performance expectations.
- Collaborate closely with our legal team to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Ensure compliance with law firm policies and guidelines.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong sales acumen and proven customer service skills.
- Previous experience as a sales manager is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with native and/or fluent proficiency in both written and verbal English and Spanish.
- Ability to work independently, self-manage, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency with Zoom and other virtual meeting platforms.
- Prior experience in a client-service role, preferably in a legal setting.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in technology and experience with CRM software, specifically Clio Grow, is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and a team player mentality.
