**Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to**:
- Supports co-selling with business consultants to drive volume growth and profitability.
- Supports strategic account planning to help retain business and processes that help customers derive the most value from our products.
- Applies analytical thinking and toolset for identifying growth opportunities by evaluating volume and product gaps in customers’ portfolios; recommends action and partners with Sales, Marketing, and others to act on recommendation.
- Proactively works with stakeholders to close gaps. Activates marketing programs.
- Responsible to create forward-looking QBR information and insights that drive marketer growth; prepares and plans BDS opportunity visits.
- Organizes and schedules marketer org. capability courses.
- Supports the learning and development of LM sellers on various systems and tools with direction from BC. Responsible for marketer onboarding.
- Optimizes use of existing CRM/ Customer 360 and analytic tools.
- Prepare Indirect BCs to have high impact, forward looking QBRs that drive marketer growth
- Respond to program and service inquiries in an efficient manner that improves Marketer CX
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service, business support, or sales experience
- Track record of building relationships and influencing others
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to effectively work with multicultural teams
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish, both oral and written
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering or equivalent preferred
- More than 3 years of customer service, business support, or sales experience
- Proficient in English
