We are searching for the best talent for the role of Scrum Master based in Brazil, Colombia, Peru, or México!

The Scrum Master will work in a cross-country environment. They are responsible for advance the agile ways of working in the Latin America Train and will play a meaningful role by mentoring and partnering with the Product Owners and the SQUAD members to ensure that the Agile Mindset is disseminated and that we are delivering Business Value to the company meanwhile guaranteeing a healthy environment.





**We are searching for the best talent for Scrum Master Analyst to be in Bogotá-Colombia, CDMX-Mexico or Santiago-Chile.**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Drive the Agile process and ceremonies as well as facilitate and conduct the Squads continuous improvements.
- Helps the Product Owner in their efforts to handle the backlog and guide the team while facilitating a healthy team dynamic with respect to priorities and scope.
- Remove impediments in the organization to keep the pace of the SQUAD team.
- Develop people through mentor and by encouraging a positive work environment.
- Promote the connection between the members of the multifunctional team, ensuring to collect multiple points of view and helping to the structure of a robust solution and a more “self-organized” group.
- Help the team improve and take ownership for their actions; facilitates the team retrospective.
- Be the “transformation agent”, acting as the methodology reference for Agile at JnJ, strengthening the capability within the teams.

**Qualifications**:

- +1 year work experience as Scrum or Project Management is required.
- Strong communication skill, ability to work as a facilitator and connecting and interacting with different company levels.
- Capacity of organization, planning and communication, being able to work with agility and ensuring the cadence of routine execution.
- Previous experience as an Agile Master, with shown knowledge of some Agile methodology (e.g. SAFE, Scrum, Kanban) is desirable.
- Knowledge of Medical Devices Business is desirable.
- Technical or Intermediate English is required.
