We are looking for a Software Developer II who will:

- You’ll work within a cross functional agile team to develop new components in a highly iterative fashion. Involves close collaboration with product owners and other teams.
- You’ll review software implementation specifications and implement code to create test cases, test scripts and test data, establishing traceability and coverage between the test assets.
- You’ll independently conduct tests, record and report results with adherence to the company standards and procedures.
- You’ll develop software components that make up CSG’s core product using AWS,.NET, C# and SQL technologies.
- You’ll provide environment support, code support, and troubleshooting on production customer environments - resolving technical issues / error messages encountered in a live prod/cte environments.




- You’ll appropriately handle all customer issues including troubleshooting and providing feedback to the customer.
- You’ll resolve complex technical and operational issues.
- You’ll perform under mínimal supervision on significate assignments.
- You’ll ensure compliance with SLAs and OLAs
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a technically related field or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in software development with Java Scripting or Python (or Java)
- Hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, Fargate Containers, DynamoDB, SQS, CloudWatch), and Web Services using REST, SOAP, etc.
- Experience with Agile Scrum
- Available to work in different business times (_e.g._ 1PM to 10PM) and on-call 24hs / 7 days (negotiable).
- Shift working hours, stand by support and working on weeknights / weekends / public holidays is required.

Differentiators:

- Kitewheel or similar customer journey management platform experience.
- REST API development and testing
- Customer experience journey management and mapping
