**JOB TITLE: Bilingual Virtual Assistant**
**LOCATION: Medellín, Colombia**
**SALARY: $2,700,000 COP per month**
**On-site role, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM - Colombian Calendar.**
**Indefinite term contract**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
The Policy Issuance Specialist will provide support to the emissions team and efficiently address the needs that arise in each policy. Working collaboratively with other departments involved in the process, the specialist will ensure timely delivery.

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**:

- Provide support to the emissions team, resolving policy-related needs promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments involved in the process to meet delivery timelines.
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Work proactively to identify and address issues.




- Display a proactive attitude, taking the initiative to identify and address potential challenges.

**BASIC REQUIREMENTS**:

- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Intermediate English language skills.
- Intermediate Portuguese language skills - it's a plus.
- Experience in customer service.
- Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative.
- Superior and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- A dynamic and energetic approach to work.
