**Role Overview**:
**As a Partnerships Associate, you are expected to fulfill the following**:

- Researching and identifying potential partnership opportunities aligned with our mission in the senior living space;
- Reaching out to potential partners, establishing initial contact to explore meaningful collaboration opportunities;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic partnership strategies and proposals;
- Conducting negotiations for partnership terms and agreements;
- Cultivating and maintaining relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual satisfaction and continued collaboration;
- Monitoring and analyzing partnership performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement; and
- Assisting in organizing events and initiatives that strengthen partnerships and foster a broader network within the senior living industry.

**Adecuado Partnerships Associate should have**:





- Demonstrated proven experience in partnership development, business development, or related roles;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; and
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Experience in Hubspot (preferred but not required).
