We are searching the best talent for **a Medical Excellence Junior Manager **to be based in **Bogota, Colombia.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversight the implementation of actions based on metrics and analytics (MLSs and external market research: Harmony/Loyalty)




- Implementation and execution and follow up of onboarding and scientific training of all local MAF team (should implement the content /tools and systems provided by the region)
- Provide visibility to local MAF of the tools/systems/resources available for local job
- Partner with regional CME to bring best practices from Regional to Local CME execution
- Ensure compliant execution of all Data generation initiatives. Documentation of the idóneo process and onboarding with new hires in transition cases
- Support deployment and adoption of MAF tools and systems
- Official Representative of Local MAF in SCEN Committee
- Act as a Local disseminator of MAF community internal communications/initiatives
- Partner with Regional MAF and BACI to discuss and think new ways of measuring Impact and Quality - Future State
- Oversight the execution of all clinical trials.

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Excellent computer proficiency e.g MS Office, SAP
- Excellent analytical skill to identify gaps and root causes of issues and think out of the box to develop a solution.
- Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision to meet tight deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Project management
- Knowledge of Clinical Trials activities and RWE scope.
- CME general knowledge
- Strategy implementation and data generation
