You will be part of our Assortment Intelligence Team, where you will be in charge of helping the Integral team build the processes to manage the acquisition and/or improvement operation in Latam.

What you’ll do- Support data analysis of strategic initiatives and special projects related to the existing business, new products and expansion markets.-
- Find facts and uncover insights about the operation and our relationship with merchants across verticals to boost efficiency and effectiveness for country teams.-
- Develop scalable analytical frameworks and dashboards to support and to monitor performance of the company in its expansion and growth.What we’re looking for:
Passion for a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment, helping the company's growth.-
- Ability to automate processes-
- Highly analytical and adaptive mindsets, with proven background as problem-solver.-
- Process driven and strong abilities to build them from scratch.-
- Conversational english (B2).-
- Exceptional skills in Excel.-
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL (will be assessed).-
- Ability with data preparation and visualization tools (Tableau, Microsoft Power BI or similar) relational, transactional and partition based data models (will be assessed).-
- Knowledge in financial analysis-
