**Role Description**

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic individual to fulfill a unique role that blends the responsibilities of a Business Analyst (BA) and a Project Manager (PM), focusing on non-technical aspects of project management and execution. This role is central to our project lifecycle, focusing on initiating, tracking, and ensuring the successful completion of projects across various departments. You will act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and department managers, translating business needs into actionable plans and overseeing their execution.

**This is a Part-Time, 100% remote contract role, with a clear path to potentially becoming a full-time team member.**

**Responsibilities**
- Serve as the main point of contact between stakeholders and department managers, effectively communicating project expectations, timelines, and milestones.
- Initiate projects by gathering requirements, setting objectives, and defining the scope to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead the planning and implementation of project tasks, coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth execution and adherence to deadlines.
- Facilitate regular meetings for project updates, tracking progress, identifying potential bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation,



including plans, reports, and meeting minutes, to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Provide continuous support to all teams involved, acting as a problem-solver and mediator to address challenges and ensure project success.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture learnings and improve future project management practices.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a project management or business analyst role, with a track record of successfully managing and delivering projects.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, practices, and tools, with experience in non-technical project coordination.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Excellent note-taking and documentation skills, ensuring clear and concise communication of project details and updates.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience facilitating project meetings and Agile ceremonies is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
