The Customer Experience Sr Strategy Analyst will play a pivotal role in analyzing customer dissatisfaction, identifying root causes, and developing strategic initiatives to meet DSAT targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of data analysis, customer behavior insights, and strategic thinking.

Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:
Main Responsibilities- Satisfaction performance: Track and report on quality and effectiveness of implemented strategies, identifying opportunities and propose iterations to meet / exceed DSAT/CSAT targets.
- Moreover, conduct detailed analysis of customer feedback, support opportunities,



and various data sources to identify trends and root causes of dissatisfaction.- Analytics: Extract, digest and visualize data through SQL and Power BI, providing reports and dashboards that allow your team and cross-functional partners to make timely/well informed decisions.- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders such as regional leaders, SP&A;, operations, product teams among others. Providing robust documentation to describe approach and insights, communicating key messages clearly to inform proposed strategic approach.

Key Requirements- Desired work experience: 2+ years- Work experience as a business or data analyst- Background in making data-backed decisions, executing business cases and coordinating with multiple stakeholders- Experience in the use of SQL- Languages: English (Bilingual)- Strong sense of ownership and bias for action

Desired requirements- Open to any professional paths; ideally has entrepreneurial, consulting or banking background.- Work experience as a business/data analyst.- Experience with data visualization tools is a plus. (PowerBI and/or Tableau)- Languages: Spanish/ English
