Revisa cómo impactarás nuestro ecosistema:
Guarantee the daily/weekly operational metrics and inventory follow up to maintain the operational excellence and inventory accuracy through the different systems, driven to take actions where is important to focus.

Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:
1. Consolidate all sanity controls through data and alerts in terms of inventory daily inconsistences between SAP and WMS.

2. Work with our Operations team to ensure outstanding service levels and OKRs across countries and segments with high quality follow ups and alerts.

3.



You will be collaborating with senior management to seek and communicate business input metric goals and follow ups

4. Close working relationship with commercial team to tackle different kinds of problems in terms of master data or catalogue creation, store types, spin off and others that could affect all the service metrics.

5. Ensure quality and elevate the level of deliverables with data inputs and suggestion of data. 6. Gather best practices in the operation across countries.

7. Identify thorugh data analysis root causes in the operational kpi desviation between countries and rise this to implement action plans.

Bien y ahora, ¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?
- 1+ years experience on operations, data analysis, engineering or related field.
- Outstanding data driven mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- SQL is a must, R and/or Python is a must
- Proficiency in English and Portugues is a plus
