You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or AI Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in Python , including NumPy, Pandas, and API development (FastAPI preferred).
- Strong experience with ML workflows , including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.




- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, OOP, and scalable architecture design.
- Hands‑on experience with Git/GitHub and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Professional experience with Azure AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, Autogen, and MCP Servers.
- Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Strong experience deploying AI systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Production‑level experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of DevOps and Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
- Understanding of Responsible AI practices, bias mitigation, and AI ethics.
- Strong communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to technical leadership.
- English proficiency at B2+.
- Nice to have: Experience with deep learning, transformer models, LLM‑based solutions, LLMOps tools (MLflow, DVC, Kubeflow), ETL
