What You’ll Do
- Design intuitive, engaging user interfaces for web and mobile.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems that align with business goals.
- Conduct user research and testing to improve usability and performance.
- Collaborate with developers, PMs, and clients to deliver polished, functional designs.
- Present design concepts and articulate design rationale clearly.





What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience (agency background a plus).
- Strong portfolio showcasing both UI design and UX process.
- Proficiency in Figma
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills (remote experience preferred).
- Familiarity with real estate or medical design projects is a bonus.
- Basic understanding of front-end collaboration (HTML/CSS is a plus).
