Scope of the Role
This is a support role focused on analytics and project execution behind the scenes, ensuring that client-facing deliverables are accurate, polished, and professional. You will work closely with leadership to support multiple projects, maintain high-quality standards, and keep initiatives on track.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide analytical support for parcel cost, freight, and carrier studies.
- Conduct vendor quote comparisons and prepare structured cost analyses.




- Refine reports, presentations, and SOPs into executive-ready deliverables.
- Maintain project and initiative trackers to ensure deadlines and milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress and support leadership in meeting client goals.
- Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and SOPs to improve visibility and standardization.
- Perform quality checks on analytics and deliverables to ensure accuracy and professionalism.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in consumer goods supply chain management (beauty/CPG preferred).
- Broad knowledge of fulfillment, warehousing, supply planning, and demand planning.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced modeling, pivot tables, lookups), PowerPoint, and ChatGPT (drafting, analysis, SOP writing).
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), Shopify, and EDI tran
