Customer Technical Care Advocate (CTCA) – IMS / Mobile Core

Location: Remote
Work Hours: Must support North America business hours (Mon–Fri)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Technical Care Advocate (CTCA ) to provide technical consultation, operational support, and issue escalation management for a telecom Mobile Core / IMS network environmen t. This role supports engineering and operations teams by ensuring network stability, troubleshooting complex issues, and assisting with network optimization and evolution initiatives
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day Mobile Core network operations support
- Act as a technical point of contact for engineering and operations tea ms
- Support IMS Core platforms and servic es
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, log analysis, and root cause analys is
- Lead technical bridge calls during critical inciden ts
- Support network automation, observability, and security improvemen ts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex network issues
Required Skills
Strong experience in Mobile Core / IMS technolog ies
Knowledge of LTE, VoLTE, VoWiFi, and 5G netwo rks
Experience with Telco Cloud (CNF/VNF environmen ts)
Familiarity with Linux/Unix troubleshoot ing
Understanding of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, Diameter, Radius, L DAP
Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Ansible, OpenStack, or cloud-native environme nts
Strong communication and customer-facing ski lls
Preferred
Experience with telecom vendor core network platf orms
Exposure to network monitoring, automation, and containerized telecom solut ions
Fully remote role
Must support US business hours
Flexibility required during critical incidents or escalations
