Our client, a leading educational institution, is seeking an experienced Elementary Principal to lead the primary section. This role is responsible for strengthening the school’s pedagogical model, enhancing students’ academic development, and leading the teaching team, aligned with high educational standards and 21st-century skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, with a postgraduate degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related area (required).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in academic leadership roles within elementary education, such as coordinator, principal, or similar roles.
- Proven experience in teacher management and curriculum development.
- Strong knowledge of innovative pedagogical models and primary teaching strategies, including methodologies such as Blended Learning.
- Proficiency in educational technology tools and Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs, among others).




- Experience with educational platforms such as MAP Growth Tests and Literacy Pro (preferred).
- Advanced English proficiency (C1).

To lead the academic and developmental processes of the elementary section, ensuring educational excellence through the implementation of innovative teaching strategies, continuous development of the teaching team, and close monitoring of student performance, in alignment with institutional goals.
