This is a remote Contract/Consultant position.
Working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a Corporate Legal Compliance Team Lead to oversee regulatory compliance related to corporate operations, contract governance, and licensing requirements across U.S. federal and state frameworks.



The adecuado candidate will have hands-on experience ensuring adherence to laws impacting corporate transactions, lending activities, and regulatory reporting obligations
- Assist in the execution of the compliance program, including monitoring the effectiveness of controls, managing regulatory reporting obligations, and ensuring adherence to corporate policies and procedures.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with U.S. federal and state regulatory requirements related to contract law, licensing, consumer protection, and business operations, including residential and commercial lending.
- Support cross-functional teams in interpreting and implementing new regulatory obligations impacting lending, contract governance, and corporate compliance frameworks.
- Monitor regulatory environments to identify emerging compliance risks and requirements; develop strategic responses and guide cross-functional teams in implementing risk-based solutions aligned with business objectives.
