As an AWS Solution Architect, you will partner with customers to design, build, and deploy forward‑looking contact‑center solutions that deliver measurable ROI and superior agent experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customer success in building and launching Amazon Connect solutions.
- Conduct technology assessments and audits to recommend CCaaS solutions that improve agent experience and productivity.
- Facilitate business‑process reviews to identify customer requirements.
- Educate customers on AWS value propositions and lead deep architectural discussions for secure cloud deployments.
- Lead discovery sessions, build project ROIs, and present delivery estimates.
- Translate customer requirements into contact‑center designs that use AWS best practices and services.
- Oversee and mentor technical teams to deliver the proposed solution on time, on budget,



and with high quality.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, communicating concepts clearly and managing priorities.
- Drive best‑practice contact‑center design into all aspects of solution delivery.
- Manage all project and customer communications.
- Deliver end‑user training and documentation.
- Exercise independent judgment and lead enterprise‑level projects with minimal guidance.
- Lead vision and strategy discussions with contact‑center and customer‑service leadership.

Qualifications
- Customer‑facing contact‑center experience.
- Experience building integrations across WFM, CRM, and contact‑center solutions.
- Knowledge of communication protocols and APIs such as WebRTC and SIP.
- Hands‑on scripting/coding experience (Python, Java, C#, .NET, Node.js).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with executives, IT management, and customers
