At Nuaav , we’re hiring a Lead Fullstack Engineer to lead the design and evolution of large-scale Azure-based platforms supporting general retail operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll own architecture decisions, guide engineering standards, and help scale high-impact systems used in real production environments.
What you'll work on:
- Lead full stack development across backend (ASP.NET C# ) and frontend (React )
- Define architecture for scalable, high-performance applications
- Build and optimize APIs, integrations, and data flows
- Ensure clean code, maintainability, and system reliability
- Mentor engineers and raise the bar on engineering practices
- Collaborate with product, data, and infrastructure teams
- Deploy and operate applications in Azure environments with CI/CD pipelines

What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years in full stack development
- Strong expertise in .NET (C#), React, and SQL Server




- Experience building and scaling enterprise applications
- Solid understanding of software architecture and system design
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives or teams
- Advanced English (client-facing environment)
