The Opportunity: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Implementation Coordinator to help deliver a seamless onboarding experience for our customers. This role serves as a great entry point into Customer Success for someone who enjoys coordination, communication, and keeping projects on track. You will own the structure, scheduling, and momentum of the implementation process, ensuring every customer has a clear path from onboarding through completion. By working closely with Sales, Implementation Consultants, and customers, you will set expectations, drive timelines, and ensure customers successfully adopt our platform. This position directly impacts customer experience, implementation speed,



and long-term success, while also supporting the team with light system and administrative work in a well-rounded role with strong growth potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Guidance: Act as the primary point of contact post-sale, guiding customers through the onboarding process and introducing them to our platform training structure.
- Project Momentum: Own the structure and scheduling of the full implementation program, mapping out a defined timeframe (e.g., 8–10 weeks) and managing all kickoff and training sessions.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Sales and Implementation Consultants to ensure the smooth delivery of technical training and set clear expectations with customers.
- Engagement Monitoring: Track implementation progress and proactively re-engage stalled customers to drive project completion or guide them to self-service resources.
