About the role:
Empresa confidencial is looking for a Staff Accountant to join our growing team. The Staff Accountant plays a key role in the month-end close process and will report to the Director of Accounting. The adecuado candidate will have a solid accounting background, comprehensive understanding of GAAP and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

What you'll do:
- Perform month-end close functions for multiple entities
- Cross train with accounting team on prepaids, fixed assets, and other functional areas as assigned
- Record cash transaction activity and reconcile all bank accounts
- Support financial and tax audits by providing PBC schedules and documentation as assigned
- Ensure procedures are in accordance with GAAP requirements and accounting department policies
- Perform ad hoc analysis as requested
About you:
- 2-4 years accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance preferred
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
