The Opportunity
This is a general role based in Bogotá, Colombia.
As an IT Quality Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the IT Validation Quality Management System, processes,



and continuous improvement initiatives. This role plays a key part in driving a strong culture of Quality and Compliance across Empresa confidencial IT, ensuring inspection readiness and providing visibility into quality performance metrics and action plans across enterprise platforms, including SAP-based systems supporting GxP and business-critical processes.
You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to define and execute quality and compliance strategies aligned with business objectives, while supporting global quality initiatives within a regulated and GxP environment.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and oversee the IT Validation Quality Management System, including processes, controls, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Oversee quality, validation, and compliance activities for SAP systems (e.g., ECC, S/4HANA, SAP MDG) in regulated environments.
- Ensure SAP changes follow validated SDLC, change control, and release management proc
