Business Unit Summary:

The HR Department is led by our General Chief People Officer. HR is a matrixed business unit which services both the Enterprise functions and Operations functions across all of the geographies. It is set up to support the Corporate, Operations, and our Customer Service, Agent population.

Given the unique positioning of the business, the HR department supports wider nearshore and offshore regions, allowing for strategic alignment globally.

Job Summary:

Reporting to the VP,



Global Enterprise TA, the Corporate Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and leaders to understand talent needs, develop recruitment strategies, and execute effective candidate sourcing and assessment processes. You will be part of a high performing team, that is data and quality driven. Excellent communication skills and an obsession with providing both internal stakeholders and candidates a best in class experience will set you apart from others.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with hiring managers, local HR & TA teams to understand the organization’s global talent needs, including skill requirements, positions, and geographical considerations for senior leadership roles, across, GTM, Technical and non-technical teams.
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks
