We are looking for individuals who demonstrate integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic to join our team. In this role, you will promote and sell timeshare tour-required vacation packages through inbound and outbound calls.
? What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls to potential customers
- Remain available on the dialer during your scheduled shift
- Follow communication scripts in a professional, courteous, and effective manner
- Qualify prospects based on participation requirements
- Provide detailed information about destinations, resorts, and promotional packages
- Clearly communicate any financial terms or consequences when applicable
- ? Complete vacation bookings with speed and accuracy
- ✅ Verify bookings and resolve any issues promptly
- ? Meet minimum production and conversion goals
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
