Role Overview
CuddlyNest is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to expand our supplier network and strengthen strategic partnerships across Latin America.
This role will focus on onboarding hotels, vacation rentals, destination management companies (DMCs), and technology partners, while managing API integrations and supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new accommodation suppliers, DMCs, and travel partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel groups, property managers, and tourism operators.
Negotiate commercial agreements, rates, and distribution partnerships.
Coordinate onboarding of new suppliers and ensure smooth operational integration.
Manage relationships with channel managers, PMS providers, and connectivity partners.
Work closely with engineering teams to support API integrations and technical connectivity.




Monitor supplier performance and optimize inventory quality, pricing, and availability.
Represent CuddlyNest at travel trade events and industry conferences.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in business development within travel tech, hospitality, or online marketplaces.
Strong understanding of OTAs, channel managers, and hotel distribution.
Experience working with DMCs, hotels, and tourism suppliers.
Familiarity with API integrations and technical onboarding processes.
Excellent negotiation and relationship‐building skills.
Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
Good to have
Existing network in Latin American travel and hospitality.
Experience working with global OTAs or metasearch platforms.
Knowledge of revenue management and hotel operations.
