Job Title: Head of Performance Marketing (Player/Coach) – LATAM Location: Bogotá, Colombia or Mexico City, Mexico (Preferred) Type of Contract: Contractor / Agency Partnership Model Salary Range: Premium Monthly Compensation + Incentive Overrides (Market Competitive) Language Requirements: Fluent English Required We are seeking a skilled Head of Performance Marketing with deep expertise in paid media strategy, performance optimization, and team leadership to join our growing LATAM division.
You will play a key role in building and scaling a high-performing performance marketing operation that supports a growing portfolio of U.S.-based clients.
Your work will directly impact campaign performance, operational scalability, client success, and the long-term growth of the LATAM team structure.
Key Responsibilities Lead and optimize multi-channel paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Ads Develop data-driven performance marketing strategies aligned with client acquisition and revenue goals Oversee campaign analysis, reporting, attribution, and continuous ROI optimization initiatives Participate in client meetings, strategic planning sessions, and performance presentations with U.S.-based stakeholders Implement and manage conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4 analytics, and attribution systems Recruit, mentor,
and manage supporting performance marketing team members while establishing scalable workflows and operational standards Build and maintain a collaborative in-person team culture focused on accountability, innovation, mentorship, and long-term growth Must-Have Qualifications 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or digital advertising leadership roles Experience supporting U.S.-based agencies, brands, or enterprise clients Advanced hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and paid social optimization Strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM), conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and landing page optimization Experience presenting campaign performance insights and recommendations directly to clients or executive stakeholders Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced agency or client-services environment Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Experience leading, mentoring, or building high-performing marketing teams Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with HIPAA-aware or privacy-compliant marketing environments Experience with CRM integrations, automation workflows, and Zapier Working knowledge of compliance and consent management platforms such as OursPrivacy and Termly Entrepreneurial or agency ownership experience preferred Experience building operational processes and scalable team structures from the ground up Comfortable working overlapping U.S. business hours when required Work Environment
