AnyVan is looking for a Customer Support (CS) team member to provide multichannel support to our customers.
This role focuses on phone, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
Responsibilities
Serves as frontline warrior, managing and resolving customer inquiries, focusing on retention and positive relationships.
Maintains minimal wait times, delivers quick responses and first‐time resolution when possible and meets team goals.
Utilizes strong active‐listening and questioning skills to assess, manage and resolve queries correctly.
Escalates complex or highly‐risk issues promptly and appropriately.
Keeps all parties fully informed until resolution.
Requirements
No prior experience required; willingness to learn.
Passion for delivering outstanding service.
Typing speed over 30 words per minute with high accuracy.
Competence with IT suites, especially G‐Suite, and digital services.
Comfort working and achieving targets.
Ability to adapt quickly, multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
Ability to understand and follow processes and instructions.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive attitude and proven ability to work quickly and efficiently.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Availability to work weekends with rotating shift patterns and one or two midweek days within the stated hours,



working 9‐hour shifts with an unpaid lunch hour.
Shift Patterns – Bogotá
April to October: Bogotá is 7 hours behind Spain.
Mon‐Fri: 02:00 a.m. – 01:00 p.m.
Sat‐Sun: 02:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
November to March: Bogotá is 6 hours behind Spain.
Mon‐Fri: 03:00 a.m. – 02:00 p.m.
Sat‐Sun: 03:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Employment Terms
This is a part‐time role (minimum 20 hours a week) with a hybrid schedule.
