The role requires strong investigative skills and comfort operating in a fast-paced, real-time production environment.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze, troubleshoot, and help resolve production issues impacting live hiring eventsPerform manual, functional, regression, and end-to-end testing across platform workflowsValidate REST APIs, integrations, and backend services using PostmanExecute backend data validation and troubleshooting using SQL queriesReproduce, document, and track defects, workflow issues, and test results in JiraCollaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Client Support, and GTM teams to investigate and resolve client-reported issuesSupport incident triage activities and assist with release validation effortsValidate architecture changes, new integrations, and platform enhancements prior to releaseEnsure issues are resolved within SLA expectations while maintaining high client satisfactionParticipate in Agile and Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and release testing activitiesInterpret business requirements and product needs to design effective test cases and validation scenariosContribute to improving testing processes, workflows,
