Role Overview
This position assists in the development, implementation, and evaluation of Face‐to‐Face (F2F) fundraising activities in Colombia under the supervision of the Marketing Implementation Officer and in partnership with the Individual Giving Team.
Key Functions and Responsibilities
Plan and design the national F2F strategy, establishing work plans, timelines, and performance targets.
Coordinate with the acquisition team to monitor and support the Face‐to‐Face program through specialized agencies.
Cultivate a high‐productivity, quality‐oriented work culture for the F2F program with the acquisition team.
Develop monthly and annual projections for the program, including human resources, travel, expenses, and productivity.
Analyze program indicators (new pledge donors, average donation, payment rates, attrition) and propose strategies and tests.
Support and participate in the planning, coordination, and execution of F2F activities at the national level.
Manage day‐to‐day operations of Face‐to‐Face agencies in various cities, ensuring results and aligning with program objectives.
Implement ongoing training for city coordinators, team leaders, and fundraisers.
Conduct field training and provide feedback to fundraisers and team leaders as needed.
Ensure program quality in terms of donor cancellations, accurate reporting to UNICEF, and timely issue resolution.
Implement correct deployment of agency street calendars and private venues.
Conduct regular mystery shopper studies to verify field team data quality.
Verify invoices for accurate reconciliation and timely supplier payments.
Monitor warranty system reporting (Claw Backs) and follow up on recoveries.
Provide training, guidance,
and supervision to F2F teams, including team leaders, telemarketers/agents, and administrative staff; oversee hiring of agency teams.
Conduct direct visits to teams and manage the Mystery Shopper service company for feedback.
Collaborate with the individual acquisition team, In‐House program manager, and TMK coordinator.
Maintain constant communication with F2F managers and coordinators in other countries and with regional and general office specialists.
Minimum Requirements
Completion of secondary school.
Technical and/or university level courses in Marketing, Economics or Engineering is an asset.
For this position, a bachelor's degree from a recognized academic institution in a relevant field may replace three years of related work experience.
A master's degree may replace an additional two years.
5 years of progressively responsible work experience in fundraising areas, corporate alliances, marketing and advertisement, or agencies will be an asset.
Fluency in Spanish is required.
Knowledge of another official UN language (English, Arabic, Chinese, French or Russian) is an asset.
