We operate in a fast-paced, competitive environment, combining global capabilities with strong local market understanding to serve traders effectively.ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a driven retail sales professional to engage directly with prospective and active traders across LATAM.
This role is centered on converting qualified applicants into funded clients, supporting their onboarding journey, and building long-term relationships that drive trading activity and retention.You will operate in a high-performance, target-driven environment where success is measured by your ability to connect with traders, understand their goals, and guide them through their trading journey.Key Responsibilities:Engage with prospective and active traders across LATAM, converting qualified applicants into funded and active clientsGuide clients through account completion, funding,
and onboarding using a relationship‐led sales approachDrive client activation, deposits, and trading activity in a target‐driven environmentBuild and maintain long‐term client relationships to maximize retention, loyalty, and lifetime valueProactively manage client engagement by monitoring activity and re‐engaging inactive or low‐activity tradersPresent and explain trading platforms, products, and services clearly and professionallyDeliver a high‐touch, client‐centric experience across phone, email, chat, and in‐person interactionsHandle client queries, objections, and escalations with ownership and professionalismSupport KYC/AML processes and ensure all interactions comply with internal policies and regional regulationsStay informed on financial markets, trading products, and LATAM client trends to enhance sales performanceTravel within the region as required to support client engagement and commercial initiativesQualificationsRequirementsFluency in English and Spanish (required); Portuguese language skills (a strong plus)Proven experience in retail sales within financial services, trading, or brokerage environmentsDemonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a client‐facing roleStrong understanding of retail trader behavior and lifecycle (onboarding, activation, retention)Experience working with or at key competitors in the region is a strong advantage (e.g., Exness, XM, XTB, or similar FX/CFD brokers)Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship‐building skillsHigh level of motivation, resilience, and comfort operating in a performance‐driven environmentBachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, is a plusWorking Environment:Full time (Monday to Friday), with an indefinite contract.Hybrid setting: 4 days in‐office and 1 day from home.Compensation: base + commissions + health and life insurance (salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data).
