About The Role
Type of Employment: Contractor (Long-term)
Work Modality: 100% Remote
Schedule: Full-time (~40 hours/week)
We're looking for a highly detail-oriented and proactive LinkedIn Prospecting Specialist to support outbound lead generation and prospecting campaigns for a variety of clients.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, targeting, outbound strategy, and working with modern growth tools in a fast-paced startup environment.
You'll play a key role in identifying high-quality prospects, building targeted lead lists, and helping improve outbound campaign performance.
Lead Generation & Prospect Research
Build highly targeted lead lists based on client Idóneo Customer Profiles (ICPs)
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and prospecting tools to identify relevant prospects
Research LinkedIn profiles, company information, and engagement signals to improve lead quality
Organize and maintain clean lead databases
Continuously refine targeting criteria based on campaign performance and feedback
Identify decision-makers and high-potential outbound opportunities
Outbound Campaign Support
Assist with outbound campaign setup and management
Support messaging and sequence optimization
Monitor campaign performance and help identify improvement opportunities
Collaborate with the team to improve outbound workflows and processes
Additional Support
Assist with LinkedIn content coordination when needed
Contribute ideas for outbound messaging and prospecting strategies

What We're Looking For
Required
Strong experience using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Experience with lead generation, outbound prospecting, recruiting, sourcing, or SDR support
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written communication skills
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, lead databases, and research workflows
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
Experience with Apollo, Clay, or similar prospecting platforms
Previous experience working in startups or fast-paced environments
Familiarity with outbound sales workflows
Background in SaaS, recruiting, marketing, or growth operations
