EXL is looking for a highly motivated and experienced BPO Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Bogotá.
This role is idóneo for someone with strong English communication skills, experience recruiting for call center or BPO operations, and the ability to manage high-volume recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.This is a hybrid position based near Avenida El Dorado at Connecta 26.ResponsibilitiesManage full‐cycle recruitment processes for BPO and call center positionsSource candidates through different recruiting channels and platformsConduct English and behavioral interviewsCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managersFollow up with candidates throughout the hiring processRequest and collect hiring documentationSupport assessments and recruitment‐related administrative tasks when requiredMaintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely updatesBuild and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future openingsMeet hiring goals and recruitment KPIs in a high‐volume environmentRequirementsMinimum of 2 years of experience in BPO or call center recruitmentEnglish level: B2 or higher (strong conversational and professional communication required)Experience managing end‐to‐end recruitment processesStrong sourcing and interviewing skillsAbility to work in a fast‐paced and demanding environmentExcellent organizational and follow‐up skillsHigh sense of urgency and accountabilityHard‐working, resilient, and proactive attitudeExperience using recruiting platforms and ATS systems is a plusWhat We're Looking ForWe are seeking someone who is highly committed, adaptable, and comfortable handling a challenging workload.
