###### The Position* Evaluar las necesidades de los clientes con el fin de solucionar los requerimientos presentados* Brindar soporte oportuno y eficaz a los clientes asignados* Dar seguimiento al Stock de equipos* Programar y verificar mantenimientos preventivos tanto de hardware como de software de cada una de los clientes asignados.
* Planificar, ejecutar y llevar a cabo las instalaciones de software asignadas por la gerencia.
* Cumplir el cronograma de disponibilidad de fines de semana de acuerdo con suprogramación.
* Estimular una cultura de trabajo ágil,



desarrollando el agility mindset requerido eimplementando nuevas formas de trabajo para ser exitosos en un ambiente cambiante (VUCA).
Cumplir con los requisitos del sistema de Gestión de Calidad y lineamientos Symphony.
Otras funciones que el líder estime convenientes.
* Ingeniero de Sistemas o Tecnólogo en Sistemas* Dos años en manejo de Software, Hardware y soporte a usuarios.
* Hardware, Software, Sistemas operativos Windows,* Redes, SQL Server (básico o intermedio).
