What You'll Do:
Assist in the coordination of onboarding processes, ensuring new team members have a smooth and welcoming start.
Support HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and updating internal systems.
Collaborate with the HR team on engagement, well‐being, and culture initiatives.
Help coordinate training and development activities, tracking participation and collecting feedback.




Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics to support data‐driven decision making.
Participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes and contribute ideas to enhance the employee experience.
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field — or currently pursuing one.
Strong interest in people management, organizational culture, or HR operations.
Empathetic, organized, and comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Advanced proficiency in English.
