Asa Client Acquisition Specialist, you will:
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to negotiation and closing.
Drive business growth by identifying and engaging potential clients through outbound and inbound sales strategies.
Conduct consultative conversations to understand client needs and position tailored solutions effectively.· What We Offer:
Salary: $********* COP.
Performance Bonuses: Up to 30% of your salary. ($*********)
Contract: Indefinite term.
Schedule: 42 hours per week. Monday to Friday.
Growth: Opportunities for professional development in a fast-paced global environment.· What You Need to Succeed in This Role:
Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in B2B sales or account management.
Languages: Advanced English proficiency C1.
Commercial Skills: Experience managing B2B client relationships, identifying growth opportunities and driving revenue within accounts.
Technical Skills (Desirable): Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms.
Mindset: Results-driven professional with strong communication, negotiation and B2B client management skills.· Location: Bogotá, Colombia.
