Senior Associate – Investment Compliance Platform Support Analyst
We are looking for a
Senior Associate – Investment Compliance Platform Support Analyst
to operate and stabilize a Tier‐1 guideline monitoring platform used across general asset management portfolios.
This is a
production‐critical role
focused on investigating issues, exceptions, and compliance breaches in live financial systems.
The role works closely with investment operations, compliance, and technology teams to ensure regulatory and client‐mandate adherence in high‐availability environments.
Skills & Experience
Experience working with
live Financial Services platforms
in Asset Management or Capital Markets environments.
Strong hands‐on
SQL
skills for production analysis, investigation, and troubleshooting.
Understanding of
investment operations, portfolio structures, and financial instruments
.
Exposure to
compliance, risk, or control frameworks
, including pre‐trade and post‐trade concepts.
Proven ability to operate in
high‐pressure, regulated production environments
.
Experience working directly with business, compliance, or risk stakeholders.
Comfort participating in incident calls, escalations, and follow‐the‐sun support models.
Set Yourself Apart With
Experience with investment compliance or risk platforms (e.g., Charles River, LatentZero, or similar).
Background supporting trading,



OMS‐adjacent, portfolio, or transaction processing systems.
Prior involvement in exception handling, breach analysis, or operational risk investigations.
Python or scripting experience used for analysis, automation, or operational tooling.
Interest in applying AI or automation to improve investigation and support workflows.
Strong Financial Services domain experience with real production exposure.
