The main objective of this role is to manage the recruitment and selection process for external companies, taking into account their competencies and organizational culture.
Responsibilities
Receive client requests for new job openings.
Source candidates by posting job opportunities across different channels.
Conduct preliminary phone interviews to screen out candidates who do not meet the job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule in-person interviews.
Select a shortlist of the best candidates interviewed and check their professional references.
Coordinate potential second or third interviews with the client.
Prepare candidate interview reports and recruitment results.
Interpret psychometric assessments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
Advanced English (mandatory).
Spanish (mandatory).
Portuguese (mandatory).
Work Experience
+2 years of experience in recruitment and/or bilingual customer service.
Knowledge of psychometric assessments is a plus.
Experience using recruitment tools and sourcing strategies.
Preferably with experience in IT profiles.
