Empresa confidencial is hiring an early career professional to learn and gain experience on the overall function of a corporate Human Resources Department (People & Cultures P&C;).

Position title: People & Culture Local Services – Empresa confidencial Next Gen

Location: Bogota, Colombia

Duration: Temporary – 6 months up to 2 years

Expected start date: June 2026

The early career professional will sit next to Human Resources Team and learning day to day basic tasks such as:
- Face to face interaction with employees, managers, internal and external stakeholder.
- Support to daily HR Services activities: Employee Folders, Employee Personal Data changes in systems, Global Projects, Contractual Changes, Time & Absences, etc.
- Lead and implement different HR global and local initiatives.
- Be aware about local policies to deliver a good experience to the internal customers.
- Be responsible of all tasks about Onboarding and Offboarding process.
- Be responsible of social security affiliations in the Onboarding pro
