Are you a strategic relationship builder with a talent for B2B sales? We are looking for a high-performing Trilingual Account Executive to manage and grow our key business accounts. If you excel at negotiation, client satisfaction, and performance optimization, this is the place for you
What will you do?
As the primary point of contact for our business clients, you will lead the growth and health of your portfolio by:
- Leading the onboarding process for new corporate accounts.
- Monitoring account performance and implementing continuous optimization strategies.
- Resolving complex issues and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Managing long-term relationships to ensure account retention and growth.
What do we offer?
- Contract: Indefinite term (Long-term stability).
- Compensation: Competitive base salary + Performance-based bonuses.
- Schedule: 42 hours per week (Monday to Friday,
within the 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM window).
- Training: 100% paid from day one.
- Location: 100% on-site at the Connecta business hub (Bogotá).
Requirements
- Languages: * French: C1 level (Courant).
- English: B2 level (Upper-Intermediate).
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in B2B Sales and managing corporate accounts (Corporate Portfolio Management).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) is highly desirable.
- Education: High school diploma
