Role Overview
As a Marketing Automation & Integrations Manager, you will develop a proprietary tech stack to automate data flows, build dashboards,



and create custom tools for content and analysis. This role powers client insights and internal efficiencies in experience design campaigns.

Responsibilities
Build and manage integrations across multiple marketing, content, and industry platforms using APIs and automation tools
Design and maintain automated workflows using tools such as Zapier, Notion, and similar no-code/low-code solutions
Consolidate data from different sources and structure it for reporting, analysis, and operational use
Create and improve dashboards in Looker Studio or similar BI tools to support both internal teams and client reporting
Help develop internal scoring, insight, and recommendation systems that turn raw data into clear actions
Reduce manual work and operational friction by improving how data, content, and campaign assets move across platforms
Support the creation of tools and workflows for influencer sourcing, briefing, content organization, and
