? We’re Hiring: Virtual Analyst – Mortgage Industry (Remote)
We are seeking a Virtual Assistant with proven experience in the mortgage industry, with a commercial, analytical, or loan processing background, to support operational, administrative, and back-office processes.
This role is idóneo for a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven professional, comfortable working remotely and communicating directly with English-speaking clients.
You will play a key role supporting loan operations and sales teams, ensuring efficient process execution and clear communication throughout every stage of the mortgage workflow.

? Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative and operational back-office support in mortgage processes
• Manage and control mortgage documentation
• Data entry, process tracking, and file management
• Direct support to loan officers, analysts,



or sales teams throughout the loan lifecycle
• Communicate with clients, partners, and internal teams in English and Spanish
• Coordinate tasks using digital tools, CRMs, and remote work platforms

✅ Requirements
• Fully bilingual English–Spanish (conversational and professional level)
– Must feel comfortable speaking with clients in English
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Back Office Assistant, Analyst, or Loan Processor
• Direct experience in the mortgage industry (required)
• Commercial, analytical, or mortgage loan processing profile
• Strong technical skills and ability to quickly adapt to new systems
(CRM, LOS, email platforms, spreadsheets, task management tools, etc.)
• Experience supporting loan officers or mortgage sales teams (highly valued)
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, follow-up, and communication skills
• Technical, technological, or professional education
