We are looking for a full-time IT Bitrix Assistant / Bitrix24 Technical Support Specialist to support our team with the technical setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of our Bitrix24 system.
This is not an administrative assistant role. We are looking for someone with an IT, engineering, systems, or technical support background who has hands-on experience working with Bitrix24 and is able to modify, fix, and improve the system as needed.
Responsibilities:
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Bitrix24.
Modify and improve CRM workflows, automations, pipelines, and system settings.
Fix technical issues related to Bitrix24 functionality.
Support integrations, permissions, forms, tasks, and internal processes.
Identify system issues and recommend technical improvements.
Assist with CRM customization based on business needs.
Provide ongoing technical support to ensure Bitrix24 runs efficiently.
Work closely with management to understand operational needs and implement solutions.
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with Bitrix24 is required.
IT, engineering, systems, CRM, or technical support background preferred.
Experience configuring workflows, automations, pipelines, and CRM settings.
Ability to troubleshoot and fix technical issues within Bitrix24.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working remotely full-time.
English or Spanish communication skills accepted.
