About the position
The Technical Project Manager (TPM) for the Americas reports directly to the general PS leader.



The TPM will be responsible for working in the Americas technical project management organization, collaborating closely with Sales, Support, and Engineering, anticipating and interpreting internal and external business and regulatory challenges, and recommending best practices to improve products, processes, and services. The role also involves coordinating service delivery, managing activities via the Clean Order Process, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and milestones, communicating and escalating issues, conducting post‑project surveys, securely storing documentation, and managing projects with Netskope Partners.
