We’re Hiring: Paralegal – California Employment & Labor Law

An employment law practice is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Full-Time Paralegal to support litigation matters from intake through resolution. This role is adecuado for someone experienced in employment and labor law in California.

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (1-hour lunch break)
Rate: $8.50/hour
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
Manage case files from intake through resolution
Assist with discovery responses and document production
Communicate with clients regarding case updates and document collection
Track deadlines and maintain litigation calendars
Prepare mediation and trial binders




Support attorneys with legal research and case strategy preparation
Ensure timely state and federal court filings

Requirements

1-2 + years of employment law litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred)
Strong knowledge of California labor laws
Experience with state and federal court filings
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
