Accountabilities:

In this role, you will drive social strategy, community engagement, audience growth, and cross-functional amplification initiatives across owned and external channels.
- Own and evolve the social media strategy across key platforms, including editorial planning, publishing cadence, audience growth, and engagement optimization
- Manage and expand presence across strategic online communities, forums, Slack groups, Reddit channels, and industry-specific platforms
- Lead employee advocacy initiatives by enabling internal contributors with content resources, playbooks, and engagement frameworks
- Monitor social listening platforms and community discussions to surface actionable insights for marketing, product, sales, and leadership teams
- Collaborate with design, video, PR, and content teams to create engaging, platform-native social conten
