Job Description
- Support global Solutions team with data analytics and financial modeling.
- Analyze client data to identify cost‑saving opportunities across service lines.
- Build and maintain cost analysis models and reporting dashboards.
- Perform deep‑dive analysis and data‑driven solutioning exercises.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and healthcare‑related teams.
- Conduct tabletop assessments and evaluate client service structures.
- Develop assumptions, validate data, and clarify information gaps.
- Use tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Smartsheets for analysis.
- Quickly learn new industries and adapt to high‑intensity,



fast‑paced environments.

The Selected Candidate Must Meet The Following Requirements
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large datasets and financial models.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Smartsheets is a plus.
- Ability to quickly learn new industries, especially healthcare (not mandatory).
- Experience in consulting or similar environments (e.g., Deloitte, KPMG) preferred.
- Capable of performing deep‑dive analysis and building data‑driven solutions.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to work with global teams.
- Proactive in clarifying information, building assumptions, and solving problems.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, time‑intensive environment with high performance expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
