We are looking for a motivated, bilingual Spanish English sales professional based in Barranquilla, Colombia, to serve Hispanic small business owners along the U.S. East Coast. You will work remotely from home, contacting and building relationships with prospective clients who own businesses in sectors like healthcare, legal services, restaurants, pet care, contractors, and professional services.
This is not a coldcalling grind. Our sales process is prototypedriven
1.First call You introduce VertaCom AI, qualify the prospect, and gather basic information about their business.
2.We build a working prototype of their website using their publicly available business data before the second call.
3.Second call You walk the prospect through their own prototype, collect their feedback, and close the sale.
The prospect sees their business name, their services, their branding already live on a demo site. This makes closing natural and conversational, not highpressure. Our validated demotosignature conversion rate is 3040.
Final websites are delivered within 7 days of signing. Payment is collected upfront.

Requirements

Fluent bilingual Spanish native and English B2 level minimum, C1 preferred. This posting is in English intentionally your application should demonstrate your written English proficiency.




Based in Barranquilla, Colombia or surrounding metropolitan area
Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center, BPO, inside sales, or customerfacing role serving U.S.based clients
Reliable highspeed internet connection and a quiet, professional home office setup
Own laptop or desktop computer with headset microphone
Selfmotivated and disciplined you will work independently with minimal supervision
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a pipeline of 2040 active prospects
Comfortable with technology CRM tools, video calls, AIpowered platforms
Registered or willing to register as an independent service provider in Colombia cuenta propia

NicetoHave
B2B sales experience, especially selling services or technology solutions
Familiarity with the U.S. small business landscape, particularly Hispanicowned businesses
Experience with SaaS, digital marketing, or web services sales
Knowledge of industries such as healthcare, legal, restaurants, pet care, or professional services
Existing Wise or Payoneer account for receiving USD payments
You will work on U.S. Eastern Time EST EDT, aligned with the business hours of your prospects on the East Coast.
